Our overseas franchise support follows the process below. The brand, territory, scope and commercial terms are agreed before payment.

  1. Franchise fee payment

    Begin the agreed franchise programme.

  2. Brand registration & licensing

    Arrange brand registration and the agreed licence.

  3. SOP & technical transfer

    Provide operating procedures and culinary know-how.

  4. Overseas site selection

    Work together on a location for the chosen concept.

  5. Layout & floor-plan design

    Plan customer flow, service areas and kitchen layout.

  6. Remote construction coordination

    Coordinate progress and review the build remotely.

  7. Supplier onboarding

    Local partners contract directly with suppliers. LUIGI supports onboarding without taking a commission on supplier transactions.

  8. Two months of on-site operational support

    Support the local team during the opening phase.

  9. Ongoing video training

    Keep operating knowledge accessible to the local team.

  10. Annual new-product development

    Continue the product-development programme.
